Includes 3 (three) support incidents per 12 month period on one CMS Made simple website. Response guaranteed within one business day, and we work until the problem is diagnosed, or solved to the best of our abilities. Additional support incidents are charged at $75US/hr

From time to time security fixes and enhancements occur on the CMS Made Simple Core. You could use one of your support incidents to have us upgrade the system to the latest recommended version, to perform a backup, or to perform a site move. The possibilities are endless.

What's Needed:

To properly access your site to perform maintenance, I will require administrator access to the CMS Made Simple admin interface, all information about accessing any control panel for your site, including any tool to manage databases, and either SSH or FTP access to your install.
