A fixed Orders module for #cmsms has been released

Aparently the 1.6.6 release of Orders was severely premature. I noticed about a dozen serious like issues once I started to implement it on a site... Thank god I had ssh access and was able to find the issues easily.
Sorry it took a couple of days, but I found some more stuff at the last minute.
