Module Bugfixes
more bugfixes for my #cmsms modules.

I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but I now have my significant other starting to do some testing for me on the modules... and so far she's found like a half dozen little bugs. And a couple of core bugs too. As well, people on the CMS Made Simple Forum reported a few issues, so I've thrown up the fixes, and the_babe did the releasing.
