I have over fourteen years of professional programming and administration experience. This experience encompasses system administration, network administration, graphics programming in cross platform environments, and now web programming.
I have been working as a freelance developer part time now for approximately 18 months. I have successfully completed projects for a number of clients in Europe, Africa, the United States and Canada.
With over three years of PHP experience under my belt, primarily with CMS Made Simple, I have gained experience in coding secure database driven, efficient and template driven applications.
As a senior development team member with CMS Made Simple, I have ongoing responsibilities including development, maintenance, and project management. I regularly contribute new code or fixes to the package, and have experience in managing all aspects of the project.
I gained experience working in PHP for web design companies where I was tasked with writing addon modules for CMS Made simple to customize functionality for various clients.
Prior to that, I gained over fourteen years of experience in doing C and C++ programming in the oil and gas industry. I was also tasked as a network and systems administrator managing heterogenous networks of varying size and complexity.
